Review and revise AVOP manuals, testing materials, forms, templates, guides, and work instructions to reflect Airside Traffic Directives, airport procedures, and applicable aviation requirements. Monitor compliance, investigate recurring assessment or documentation concerns, communicate corrective actions, and escalate significant or repeated matters. Prepare billing information, dashboards, and monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc reports; analyze results and trends to identify AVOP program improvements. Respond to applicants, permit holders, employers, contractors, signing authorities, company testers, and internal departments regarding testing, permits, documentation, billing, and compliance requirements.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
