Wir sind ein im Limmattal ansässiges Familienunternehmen und betreuen unsere anspruchsvolle Kundschaft aus dem privaten und gewerblichen Umfeld über die gesamte Produktepallette der Beschattungslösungen und realisieren sowie reparieren diese gemäss individuellen Wünschen und Anforderungen.

Mit deiner freundlichen und kommunikationsstarken Ausdrucksweise, deiner Organisationsfreudigkeit, deinem ausgeprägten Verständnis für einwandfreie Dienstleitung und deiner sorgfältigen und zuverlässigen Arbeitsweise unterstützt du uns den Schatten ins rechte Licht zu rücken.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Telefonische Kundenbetreuung inkl. Reklamationsmanagement
  • Arbeiten im Rahmen der Auftragsabwicklung (Aufträge eröffnen, Rapporte erstellen, Liefertermin\-, Wareneingangs\- und Materialkontrolle, Akonto\- und Schlussrechnungen erstellen)
  • Speditive und kostenoptimierte Disposition und Planung von Aufträgen und Montageteams für Reparaturen und Neumontagen
  • Administrative Arbeiten, Pflege des Kundenstamms, sicherstellen der Datenqualität
  • Unterstützung und Mithilfe in Tätigkeiten ausserhalb des Aufgabenbereichs
  • Mitarbeit in Projekten und Eigeninitiative zur Steigerung der Effizienz und Qualität der internen Abläufe und angebotenen Dienstleistungen

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich oder technische Ausbildung mit kaufmännischer Weiterbildung (z.B. Handelsschule oder technischer )
  • Technische Affinität
  • Sehr gute IT\-Anwenderkenntnisse/\-fähigkeiten (MS\-Office) und Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP Systemen und Prozessen
  • Freundlicher, zuvorkommender und professioneller Umgang mit Kunden und Arbeitskollegen
  • Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für einwandfreie Dienstleistung, Belastbarkeit und Freude am Kundenkontakt in einem schnelllebigen Tagesgeschäft
  • Eigeninitiative und OrganisationstalentVernetztes Denken
  • Selbstständige, saubere und exakte Arbeitsweise
  • Fliessende mündliche und schriftliche Deutsch\- und gute Englischkenntnisse
