Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage daily site operations for assigned projects.
  • Coordinate and assign tasks to laborers, subcontractors, and other site personnel.
  • Ensure all construction activities comply with project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
  • Monitor progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager.
  • Manage site materials, tools, and equipment, ensuring their proper use and availability.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure work quality and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Resolve on-site challenges and issues promptly to avoid project delays.
  • Train and mentor site workers to maintain high performance and efficiency.
  • Maintain detailed records of daily activities, including attendance, work progress, and material usage.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience:15 years of experience in civil construction, with a minimum of 8 years in the UAE. Proven experience supervising site projects, including large-scale developments.
  • Technical Skills:Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and equipment. Familiarity with UAE construction standards and regulations. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
  • Soft Skills:Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams. Problem-solving mindset to address on-site challenges effectively. Strong organizational skills to manage schedules and resources efficiently.
  • Educational Background:Diploma or certification in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred.
  • Additional Requirements:Knowledge of safety procedures and compliance with local labor laws.
