Job Title – Marketing Executive (Emiratis only)

Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Role We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Executive to support brand growth and marketing initiatives within a dynamic HR outsourcing and staffing environment. The role involves executing marketing campaigns, enhancing brand visibility, and supporting lead generation efforts while working closely with internal teams to drive business objectives. This position is open exclusively to Emirati nationals.

Key Responsibilities Marketing Campaign ExecutionAssist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.Coordinate promotional activities, events, and brand initiatives.Support campaign tracking and performance analysis.Ensure alignment of campaigns with business goals and brand strategy. Digital Marketing & ContentManage and update social media platforms and company website content.Create engaging marketing content including posts, blogs, and email campaigns.Support SEO, SEM, and digital advertising initiatives.Monitor online engagement and optimize content strategies. Brand ManagementEnsure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all platforms.Assist in developing marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements.Support brand positioning and awareness initiatives. Market Research & AnalysisConduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for improvement.Support data-driven marketing decisions and reporting. Coordination & SupportCollaborate with sales and recruitment teams to align marketing efforts with business needs.Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and partners.Support internal communications and marketing-related administrative tasks.

Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within service-based or corporate environments.UAE National (Emirati) is mandatory for this role.
