Job Title – Public Relations Officer (Emirati Nationals Only) Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Role We are seeking a well-connected and detail-oriented Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage government relations and ensure smooth processing of all legal and administrative documentation within a dynamic HR outsourcing environment. The role involves liaising with UAE government authorities, handling employee documentation, and ensuring full compliance with local regulations. This position is open exclusively to Emirati nationals.

Key Responsibilities Government Liaison & RelationsAct as the main point of contact between the organization and government authorities.Maintain strong relationships with departments such as immigration, labor, and other regulatory bodies.Ensure timely processing of government-related transactions and approvals.Stay updated on changes in laws, regulations, and government procedures. Visa & Immigration ProcessingHandle visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and status changes.Process work permits, labor cards, and Emirates ID applications.Coordinate with employees and departments to collect required documentation.Ensure compliance with UAE immigration and labor laws. Documentation & CompliancePrepare and submit official documents to government authorities.Maintain accurate records of employee documentation and company licenses.Ensure timely renewal of trade licenses, permits, and other legal documents.Monitor compliance with local regulations and company policies. Administrative SupportAssist with employee onboarding and off boarding formalities related to government processes.Coordinate with HR and administration teams for documentation and approvals.Handle attestation and notarization of documents when required.Support general administrative tasks related to compliance and legal processes. Reporting & CoordinationTrack application statuses and provide regular updates to management.Maintain logs and reports of all government transactions.Ensure timely follow-ups to avoid delays or penalties.Provide guidance to employees regarding visa and documentation processes.

Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field.2–5 years of experience as a PRO or in government liaison roles within the UAE.UAE National (Emirati) is mandatory for this role.
