The role requires a proactive sales professional with a strong hunter mindset, excellent commercial acumen, and the ability to build relationships with senior decision-makers, identify new market opportunities, negotiate profitable contracts, and achieve ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, target, and acquire new corporate clients across the UAE, with opportunities to expand into the wider GCC market.
  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to generate leads, expand market reach, and achieve revenue objectives.
  • Proactively pursue new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, client visits, industry events, and other outbound sales activities.
  • Build a strong pipeline of prospective clients across sectors requiring staffing, recruitment, contract staffing, and workforce outsourcing services.
  • Engage HR leaders, procurement managers, business heads, and C-level executives to understand their workforce requirements and present suitable solutions.
  • Drive new account acquisition and convert prospects into long-term commercial partnerships.

Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with business growth plans and revenue targets.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through consistent prospecting, opportunity development, and deal closure.
  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities for additional staffing, recruitment, and outsourcing services.
  • Analyse market demand, client requirements, and competitive positioning to identify new revenue streams.
  • Monitor sales performance, conversion rates, and pipeline development to improve overall sales effectiveness.
  • Maintain a strong focus on acquiring new clients and expanding the organisation's market presence.

Client Relationship Management

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective and newly acquired clients.
  • Understand client business objectives, workforce challenges, and staffing requirements to recommend tailored solutions.
  • Act as a key point of contact during initial client engagement, proposal discussions, negotiations, and onboarding.
  • Coordinate with account management and service delivery teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to execution.
  • Build client confidence through responsive communication, professional service, and a consultative sales approach.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and generate repeat business.

Proposal Development & Commercial Negotiations

  • Prepare and present customised proposals, commercial offers, pricing structures, and service agreements.
  • Lead pricing discussions and contract negotiations while ensuring commercially viable and profitable agreements.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and client meetings to proposal submission, negotiation, and contract closure.
  • Evaluate client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to develop suitable workforce solutions.
  • Follow up consistently on proposals, quotations, and pending commercial discussions to maximise conversion rates.
  • Ensure that agreed pricing, payment terms, service scope, and contractual commitments align with business objectives.

Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis

  • Monitor staffing and outsourcing industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in client demand across the UAE.
  • Identify emerging sectors, target accounts, and market segments with strong business potential.
  • Maintain an understanding of prevailing market rates, workforce requirements, and relevant employment and outsourcing regulations.
  • Use market intelligence and client feedback to refine sales strategies and improve the organisation's competitive positioning.
  • Build and maintain a database of prospective clients, key decision-makers, and potential business opportunities.

Sales Pipeline Management & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, client interactions, proposals, and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, revenue forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance analyses for management.
  • Track key performance indicators, including new client acquisition, conversion rates, revenue generation, and deal closure.
  • Maintain disciplined follow-up practices to ensure opportunities progress efficiently through the sales funnel.
  • Provide management with insights into market opportunities, sales challenges, and strategies for achieving growth targets.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with recruitment, operations, HR, finance, and service delivery teams to ensure proposed solutions can be executed effectively.
  • Communicate client requirements clearly to internal stakeholders and support timely service delivery.
  • Coordinate with operational teams on resource availability, deployment timelines, and client expectations.
  • Participate in sales reviews, business planning sessions, and strategy meetings to support organisational growth.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
