Liaise with procurement or purchasing teams: raise material requirements, support vendor communication and ensure timely delivery of supplies.

Manage site safety and housekeeping: ensure that HSE standards are maintained, site is kept clean, safe and organised.

Coordinate site demobilisation and handover: ensure punch-lists are addressed, final inspection is complete, documentation and as‐built records are handed over.

Assist with scheduling, resource planning, cost control and forecasting where required; support site manager and project team in achieving budget and schedule targets.

Maintain accurate site records, daily logs, drawings revisions, change orders and ensure proper communication of changes to stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field (Diploma with strong experience may be considered).

Minimum 3-5 years of site engineering experience in a construction or interior fit-out environment, preferably within the UAE/GCC retail fit-out sector.

Strong understanding of construction processes, site supervision, finishes, MEP coordination and quality assurance.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting drawings (architectural, structural, MEP), preparing site reports and managing documentation.

Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and site tools/logs; familiarity with scheduling software or site management tools is a plus.

Excellent communication, coordination and organisational skills; ability to work with multi-discipline teams and subcontractors.

Professional appearance and commitment to safety, quality and client service; fluency in English required Arabic language skills are beneficial.

Key Competencies & Behaviours

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
