At California Autism Center (CAC), we help our clients get school-ready through in-clinic behavioral services that prioritize each child’s safety and dignity. Through one-on-one, hands-on learning, our clinicians build trust with each child by providing personalized support and acceptance.

Our naturalistic teaching strategies emphasize learning through play, fostering joy and meaningful growth. CAC is a locally owned and operated ABA service provider in the heart of the Central Valley. We currently have 6 Treatment Centers in Fresno, Merced, and Visalia. Vice President, Growth & Development

California Autism Center | California

California Autism Center is seeking a commercially minded, data-driven Vice President, Growth & Development to strengthen organizational growth, revenue performance, and long-term sustainability.

This executive will help connect business development, enrollment, revenue-cycle performance, and organizational strategy to ensure opportunities translate into measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic initiatives that support sustainable growth, revenue generation, and organizational performance.
  • Drive accountability for business development, enrollment, and revenue-cycle outcomes.
  • Analyze performance data to identify opportunities, resolve barriers, and improve conversion, reimbursement, and collections.
  • Strengthen cross-functional collaboration, processes, and accountability across the organization.
  • Develop high-performing teams and establish clear goals, performance metrics, and continuous improvement practices.
  • Partner with executive leadership to support financial sustainability, market opportunities, and future expansion.

Qualifications

  • Significant leadership experience in growth, business operations, revenue operations, or a related field.
  • Strong financial acumen and demonstrated ability to manage performance against measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience overseeing complex processes, developing teams, and improving operational effectiveness.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead across functions, navigate change, and translate strategy into execution.

We are looking for a leader who can connect growth opportunities with financial results, build accountability, and help position CAC for its next stage of development.

Full compensation package are based on candidate experience and certifications.

California pay range

$100,000—$115,000 USD
