Buscamos um(a) estagiário(a) de Projetos de Tecnologia para apoiar o planejamento, o acompanhamento e a entrega de iniciativas de TI, trabalhando junto a times de suporte, produto e negócios.

  • Cargo: Estagiário(a) de Projetos – Tecnologia
  • Carga horária: 6 horas diárias (30 horas semanais)
  • Duração do estágio: até 2 anos, conforme a Lei do Estágio

Escolaridade e cursos Estudantes de Administração, Engenharia de Produção, Sistemas de Informação, Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas, Ciência de Dados ou áreas correlatas. Não exigimos experiência anterior. Buscamos estudantes com potencial de desenvolvimento, vontade de aprender e interesse em construir uma visão multidisciplinar de tecnologia, qualidade e processos.

Tarefas a serem executadas

  • Executar testes funcionais e apoiar a validação de novas funcionalidades e melhorias.
  • Realizar escutas de ligações e análises de interações, identificando oportunidades de melhoria.
  • Apoiar a avaliação de soluções de Speech Analytics e Inteligência Artificial, verificando transcrições, classificações e comportamentos das soluções.
  • Participar de processos de homologação com clientes, apoiando o agendamento, a organização, a execução e o acompanhamento das validações.
  • Registrar evidências, inconsistências e resultados dos testes realizados.
  • Apoiar o acompanhamento de demandas e tratativas com equipes internas.
  • Contribuir para o mapeamento, a documentação e a otimização de processos.
  • Elaborar controles, relatórios e indicadores de acompanhamento.
  • Participar de reuniões internas e com clientes, registrando alinhamentos e próximos passos.
