The opportunity Our client, a growth-stage software company serving enterprise R&D teams, is hiring a French-speaking Scientific Implementation Associate with 0 to 1 year of experience. You'll join a small customer implementation team and work directly with chemists, materials scientists and researchers at large companies, helping them move their lab workflows and experimental data onto the platform. This is an unusual entry-level role. A science graduate gets in front of enterprise R&D customers from the first week, with a clear path to owning accounts and running customer meetings. What you'll do Run hands-on implementations for enterprise R&D customers, bringing their existing data and workflows onto the platform. Interpret and restructure scientific datasets, and work out the best way to model how each customer runs experiments. Take part in customer meetings with scientists, technicians and R&D leaders, and lead them as you grow into the role. Support senior implementation managers on large enterprise rollouts, or manage smaller accounts yourself. Bring what you learn from customers back to the product and engineering teams to help shape the roadmap. Tools you'll use Python, Excel, scientific data management tools, electronic lab notebooks (ELN) and lab information management systems (LIMS). About the company Our client builds a software platform that helps industrial R&D teams run experiments, manage their data and get new products to market faster. Its customers are large enterprises in chemicals, pharmaceuticals, advanced materials and consumer products. The company is venture-backed and well past the early startup stage, with an engineering-led culture and offices in the US and Europe. The implementation team is small, so each person has real ownership and visible impact. Requirements What we're looking for Fluent French.
