Ihre Aufgaben

Als Head of Finance übernimmst du die Verantwortung für die finanzielle Gesamtsteuerung unseres Unternehmens und agierst als strategischer Sparringspartner für die Geschäftsführung.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Übersetzung von Unternehmensstrategie in eine klare Finanzstrategie und operative Umsetzung
  • Verantwortung für die finanzielle Gesamtsteuerung, inklusive Budget-, Forecast- und Liquiditätsplanung
  • Planung und Durchführung von Finanzierungsrunden sowie aktiver Austausch mit Investoren zur Berichterstattung, Beziehungspflege und strategischen Abstimmung
  • Koordination der Zusammenarbeit mit Steuerberatung, Buchhaltung und weiteren externen Partnern
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung des Monatsreportings, sowie Ableitung zentraler finanzieller Erkenntnisse
  • Steuerung der Ressourcenverteilung entlang strategischer und finanzieller Prioritäten
  • Identifikation und Lösung von Sonderfällen, Risiken und operativen Engpässen im Tagesgeschäft
  • Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Finance- & Buchhaltungsteams
  • Übernehmen von Legal Themen, Vertragswerk und der Schnittstelle zu Anwälten, insb. im Gesellschaftsrecht

Ihr Profil

Das bringst du mit

  • Mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung im Finance-Umfeld (Mid- bis Senior-Level, ca. 5–7 Jahre)
  • Erfahrung in einerTeamlead- oder Führungsrolle
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse inFinance, Controlling, Reporting und BuchhaltungIdealerweise Branchenkenntnisse im Beauty- oder Fashion-Umfeld
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung mit SaaS-Geschäftsmodellen sowie mit Scale-ups in der Wachstumsphase
  • Strategisches, unternehmerisches Denken mit ausgeprägtem Big-Picture-Mindset
  • Hands-on-Mentalität, analytische Stärke und hohe Umsetzungsfähigkeit
  • Sicher im Umgang mit Präsentationen für Management & Investoren
  • Leidenschaft für deine Arbeit
  • Du zeigst Ownership für deine Verantwortungsbereiche
