Hos Callmark ApS har vi forrygende travlt, og vi søger derfor en ny kollega til telemarketing og mødebooking. Vi leder efter dig, der allerede ved, hvad det kræver at løfte røret, og som motiveres af den gode, professionelle dialog.

Om dig: Du kender gamet og mestrer kold canvas

Vi leder ikke nødvendigvis efter mange års erfaring, men det er et krav du har dokumenteret erfaring med kold canvas over telefonen og forstå dynamikken i en opsøgende dialog. Din baggrund kan være fra telesalg, mødebooking, annoncesalg eller lignende.

  • Du har telefon-erfaring: Du har prøvet at arbejde med kold canvas, kundedialog eller dataindsamling før.
  • Du skaber tillid: Du formår hurtigt at opbygge en god relation over telefonen og booke kvalitetsmøder.
  • Det er en fordel (men ikke et krav), hvis: Du tidligere har booket møder inden for HR, IT, marketing, forsikring eller pension.
  • Du er selvkørende: Du trives med frihed under ansvar.

Jobbet: Stor frihedsgrad og professionelle projekter

Som vores nye kollega bliver du tilknyttet 2-4 faste kundeprojekter. Vi booker det indledende, strategiske salgsmøde for vores kunder, og vi indhenter markedsinformation af høj kvalitet.

Vi stoler på vores medarbejdere. Derfor tilbyder vi en yderst fleksibel arbejdsuge, hvor du som udgangspunkt arbejder 2-3 dage på vores kontor i Greve og 2-3 dage hjemmefra. Du får naturligvis en grundig oplæring i vores produkter og processer, så du får de bedste forudsætninger for at lykkedes.

Vi er et veletableret mødebookingbureau med mere end 20 års erfaring i branchen. Vi er i dag 10 dedikerede medarbejdere. Her møder du et voksent, dygtigt og humoristisk team, hvor fagligheden er høj, og hvor vi sparrer med hinanden på tværs.
