Ab 16\. November 2026 suchen wir genau dich, für einen Kunden im Banking Sektor in unserem Dienstleistungszentrum in Fribourg \- wir freuen uns auf deine Bewerbung.

Callpoint \- ein Schweizer Call Center \- und kümmern uns mit Herzblut und Engagement um unsere Mitarbeiter:innen und Kund:innen. Bei uns bist du endlich angekommen.

Deine Verantwortung

  • Entgegennahme von Kundenanliegen per Telefon
  • Identifizierung der Kunden
  • Lösungsfindung
  • Passwort\-Reset / Aktivierungsschlüssel
  • Unterstützung bei Log\-in\-Problemen / App\-Einrichtung (Bspw. Twint) / Self\-Service
  • Einrichtung E\-
  • kompetente und freundliche Beratung der Kunden in schriftlicher sowie telefonischer Form (z.B. im E\-Banking)
  • Erledigung von administrativen Aufgaben wie z.B. die Abwicklung der Korrespondenz

Dein Profil

  • Du führst telefonische Beratungen in Deutsch und ösisch
  • Schweizerdeutsch sprichst und/oder verstehst du
  • Der Kontakt mit Menschen bereitet Dir Freude und du überzeugst durch Deine empathische und serviceorientierte
  • Für die Anstellung sind ein einwandfreier Straf\- und Betreibungsregisterauszug erforderlich
  • Gute PC\-Kenntnisse sind Bedingung
  • Erfahrungen im Kundendienst und im Banking Sektor sind von Vorteil
  • Du suchst ein hybrides Arbeitsmodell, in welchem du mehrheitlich im Homeoffice arbeiten kannst

  • Einstiegslohn von CHF 4'519\.\-. Der Lohn erfolgt 12 x pro Jahr.
  • Bis zum 5\. Dienstjahr jedes Jahr einen Tag mehr Ferien
  • Arbeitszeiten von Montag bis zwischen 08:00 bis 20:00 ( \- oder Spätschicht), sowie zwei Samstage pro Monat von 09:00 bis 16:00
