Deine Verantwortung

  • Du bist die Anlaufstelle für unsere Kunden
  • Du beantwortest Telefonanrufe und Email
  • Du berätst Kunden und kümmerst dich um deren Anliegen
  • Du bist unser Sprachrohr gegenüber unseren Kunden und mit dir entscheidet sich unser Erfolg

Dein Profil

  • Du verstehst Schweizerdeutsch
  • Du führst telefonische Beratungen in Deutsch und Italienisch
  • Teilweise antwortest du schriftlich in Deutsch und Italienisch
  • Zusätzliche Sprache Englisch ist willkommen
  • Du hast Freude im Umgang mit Kunden

  • Arbeitszeiten Montag bis Freitag 8:00 bis 20:00 Uhr, sowie zwei Samstag pro Monat 09:00 bis 18:00 Uhr
