CAM Mécanique recherche une personne organisée, rigoureuse et polyvalente pour prendre en charge la facturation, la collection et le traitement des paies, tout en contribuant aux différentes tâches administratives de l’entreprise.

Tes principales responsabilités :

  • Préparer et émettre les factures, notamment en temps et matériel, en vérifiant les heures, les matériaux et les autres frais à facturer;
  • Assurer le suivi de la facturation et répondre aux questions des clients concernant leurs factures;
  • Effectuer la collection auprès des clients : suivis des comptes à recevoir, rappels de paiement et suivi des sommes dues;
  • Compiler et vérifier les feuilles de temps des employés de bureau et des employés CCQ;
  • Préparer et transmettre les informations nécessaires au traitement de la paie, en respectant les échéances;
  • Faire les suivis nécessaires pour corriger les écarts ou obtenir les informations manquantes;
  • Effectuer l’entrée de données et tenir les dossiers administratifs à jour;
  • Collaborer avec les différentes équipes et accomplir diverses tâches administratives.

Le profil recherché :

  • Expérience en facturation et en traitement de la paie;
  • Aisance avec les outils informatiques, notamment Excel;
  • Rigueur, discrétion et respect de la confidentialité;
  • Autonomie et capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités;
  • Facilité à communiquer avec les clients et à effectuer des suivis de paiement professionnels;
  • Connaissance du logiciel de paie ADP (un atout).
