VI SÖKER Vi söker dig som har gedigen erfarenhet inom mekanisk konstruktion och industriell tillverkning, och som tagit större ansvar i projekt. Du är trygg i din tekniska kompetens och har erfarenhet av att leda projekt med ansvar för teknik, budget och framdrift.

Samtidigt ser du mer än den tekniska leveransen. Du trivs i dialogen med kunder, bygger förtroende och har en känsla för affären runt projektet. Med din gedigna erfarenhet bidrar du också med erfarenhet och trygghet internt och fungerar som bollplank för kollegor.

OM ROLLEN På Camatec kommer du framför allt att arbeta med projekt inom maskinkonstruktion, industriell tillverkning och produktion. Du arbetar själv nära tekniken och tar rollen som projektledare i större uppdrag, ofta i storleksordningen 5–20 miljoner kronor och med projektteam om 2–5 personer.

Du arbetar nära platschef, som också är projektägare, och tillsammans följer ni projektens utveckling, ekonomi, kvalitet och kunddialog.

Vi vill ta ett större ansvar för kundens helhet och arbeta mer långsiktigt i våra kundsamarbeten. Våra uppdrag kan därför sträcka sig från konstruktion och produktutveckling till produktion, strategiska inköp, compliance, försörjningskedjor, service och eftermarknad.

I rollen kommer du bland annat att:

  • Konstruera och utveckla tekniska lösningar inom maskin och mekanik.
  • Leda tekniska projekt med ansvar för ekonomi, tidplan, kvalitet och leverans.
  • Leda och stötta projektteam samt vara bollplank och mentor för kollegor.
  • Bygga långsiktiga kundrelationer och se möjligheter att utveckla samarbeten och affär.
  • Ta fram offertunderlag och bidra med tekniska lösningar i tidiga skeden.
  • Bidra till utvecklingen av våra projekt, arbetssätt och verksamhet.

VI TROR ATT DU HAR

  • Gedigen erfarenhet av mekanisk konstruktion, maskinteknik, industriell tillverkning eller liknande.
  • Erfarenhet av projektledning med ansvar för ekonomi, tidplan och leverans.
  • Erfarenhet av att leda projektteam.
  • Förståelse för produktion och tillverkning.
  • Ett affärsmässigt perspektiv och intresse för att utveckla kundrelationer.
  • Relevant ingenjörsutbildning eller motsvarande kunskap förvärvad genom arbetslivet.
  • Svenska och engelska i tal och skrift.
  • B-körkort.

Framför allt söker vi dig som vill använda din erfarenhet till att lösa morgondagens tekniska utmaningar, och som drivs av att utveckla affären framåt.
