Voor onze supportafdeling zoeken we een gemotiveerde jobstudent met interesse in IT die ons team komt versterken

Wat ga je doen?

Als jobstudent helpdesk ben jij mee het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten. Je helpt ons team met onder andere:

  • Supporttickets aanmaken op basis van inkomende klantmails
  • Klantentelefoons beantwoorden aan de hand van een duidelijk script
  • Klantvragen correct registreren en doorgeven
  • Zorgen voor een vlotte en vriendelijke eerste ondersteuning
  • Je volgt momenteel een bacheloropleiding in een IT-richting (zoals Toegepaste Informatica, Systeem- en Netwerkbeheer, Softwareontwikkeling, …)
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
  • Kennis van andere talen is zeker een extra troef
  • Je communiceert vlot en vindt het leuk om mensen verder te helpen
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en zelfstandig
  • Je hebt een klantgerichte ingesteldheid
