Service Advisor  If your Scout totem is “Efficient Rooster”... then our Service Advisor position in Montreal is for you! 😄 But seriously... We’re looking for someone who knows customer service inside and out. Someone who is detail-oriented, thorough, tactful, and a great team player. Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 12 pm to 8:30 p.m.   What We Offer:

  In This Role, You Will:

Schedule appointments, welcome customers, and assess their needs; Open work orders; Follow up on repairs and ongoing work; Receive, verify, and close work orders.

  Experience, Training & Skills That Would Be an Asset:

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position; Excellent customer service skills; Basic mechanical knowledge (an asset); Fluent in spoken French and English; Strong computer skills; Effective priority management; Tactful, with good self-control; Thorough and consistent when following procedures and work methods; Strong team spirit and willingness to help others.
