  • Complete MUV research and reporting as required or requested by the Accounting department or Inventory Manager.
  • Report Peco inventory weekly and provide explanations for identified variances.

  • Support inventory activities involving packaging, film, condiments, trailers, and finished goods.
  • Use computer systems to enter and maintain inventory records.
  • Follow appropriate safety, hygiene, housekeeping, and personal-protection procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area, including keeping aisles and exits clear and storing supplies in designated areas.
  • Follow safe lifting and carrying procedures and identify and report defective equipment.
  • Report job-related injuries to supervision.
  • Support and participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives, including 5S: Sort, Set, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH…

You will work closely with warehouse operations and production teams to maintain inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies. You will also regularly communicate and share information with:

  • Ability to become certified and safely operate material handling equipment.
  • Ability to use computer systems to enter and maintain accurate records.
  • Ability to work the third-shift schedule and mandatory overtime when required.
  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment where noise levels are moderate and temperatures may fluctuate with seasonal conditions.
  • Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position, including: Frequently sitting, standing, walking, driving, and using hands. Occasionally climbing, stooping, and kneeling. Continuous talking and hearing. Frequently lifting from floor to waist level. Occasionally lifting from waist to eye level and carrying items with two hands. Frequently lifting up to 50 pounds.

IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAVE… (NICE TO HAVE)

  • Previous forklift experience, particularly operating a sit-down forklift.

  • Familiarity with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) documentation requirements.
  • Experience supporting Continuous Improvement or 5S initiatives.

What I changed: I converted the original operational description into candidate-facing language, consolidated repetitive safety and inventory responsibilities, and moved qualifications into clear must-have and nice-to-have sections. I also retained the specific systems and processes, including SAP, JDA, WMS, SOX, MUV, Peco inventory, and 5S, because those details help candidates understand the actual work and help recruiters screen more effectively.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
