How You Will Make History Here…
The Manager, Engineering, will lead and manage all functions and activities within the Engineering organization, ensuring the successful execution of projects and the professional development of the team.
What You Will Do…
- Leadership: Lead an Engineering organization of employees, including Project Engineers and Controls Technicians. Balance the needs and development of a diverse team of engineers, project managers, and technicians while ensuring high performance and morale.
- Financial: Manage capital execution, encompassing strategic planning, budgeting, and overall project execution. Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and success.
- Efficiency Improvement: Partner with Plant Staff and key stakeholders to enhance overall efficiency and cost model of the Plant, driving innovation and improving product quality. Continuously identify and implement improvements to enhance plant efficiency and reduce costs while maintaining product quality and innovation.
- Technology Solutions: Collaborate with Corporate Engineering, Plant Engineering, R&D, and Supply Chain functions to develop and deliver technology solutions that meet project success criteria.
- Project Management: Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to required standards while effectively managing risks and unforeseen issues.
- Process Execution: Oversee the execution of all Engineering work processes in assigned projects, ensuring compliance with Capital Management processes and Company Policy.
- Team Development: Foster the professional development of Engineering teams under your responsibility, promoting growth and technical mastery.
- Technical Expertise: Develop advanced technical mastery in manufacturing and equipment technologies.
- Technology Integration: Collaborate with Corporate Engineering, Plant Engineering, R&D, and Supply Chain functions to develop and implement technology solutions that meet project criteria through complex problem-solving and integration.
- Compliance and Process Execution: Ensure all Engineering work processes comply with Capital Management processes and Company Policy, requiring meticulous attention to detail and adherence to regulations.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Effectively communicate and partner with Plant Staff, Corporate teams, and external stakeholders to align goals and drive project success despite differing perspectives and objectives.

What You Bring to the Table… (Must Have)
- Bachelor of Science Engineering discipline or equivalent.
- 5+ years Engineering and/or Reliability experience.
- 3+ years people management experience.

- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, driving performance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and engagement.
- Innovation and automation experience.
- In-depth knowledge of all aspects of plant operations.
- Certifications: ASQ; CRE.
- Extensive background in capital execution and project management.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

- Ability to excel in developing strategic goals and integration of diverse initiatives.
- Ability to direct and lead others to produce desired results.

Compensation and Benefits:
The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between
$120,300-$165,400
Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
