Ben jij een gemotiveerde leerkracht en kan je leerlingen enthousiasmeren, ook zij die het even niet meer zien zitten, én ook zij die nood hebben aan een aangepaste omgeving, structuur en voorspelbaarheid? Sterker nog: heb je een hart voor kwetsbare leerlingen en oog voor hun individuele noden? Dan ben jij misschien de leerkracht die we zoeken!

Voor Campus aan Zee in De Haan zijn op zoek naar een tweetalige leerkracht plastische opvoeding/artistieke vorming en Zedenleer. Om vlot te kunnen inspelen op personeelsbehoeften, leggen we graag een wervingsreserve aan van leerkrachten die interesse hebben in een mogelijke toekomstige vervangingsopdracht.

Jobgerelateerde competenties

  • Je hebt een passie voor het (buitengewoon) onderwijs en een passie voor jouw vak.
  • Je hebt kennis van handelingsgericht werken of bent bereid je hierin bij te scholen.
  • Ervaring en kennis in het werken met kinderen met specifieke onderwijsbehoeften strekt tot aanbeveling. Ervaring binnen type 9 is een absolute meerwaarde!
  • Je kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Nederlands en het Frans en bent bereid om in beide talen les te geven.
  • Je bent digitaal vaardig (o.a. in functie van het gebruik van digitale leerpaden).
  • Je bent flexibel inzetbaar en geduldig.
  • Je hebt een hart voor jouw leerlingen, zet in op een vertrouwensband en bent een luisterend oor.
  • Je bent op de hoogte van de basisprincipes van NVR (non violent resistance) en kan deze actief inzetten bij stresssituaties met leerlingen.
  • Je zorgt voor een rustige sfeer in de klas en zet in op structuur.
