Wir suchen ab sofort einen Social Media Managerin (Teil- oder Vollzeit) an einem unserer Standorte. Du gestaltest unsere digitale Präsenz und machst unsere Mission für Menschen online sichtbar und erlebbar. Dabei arbeitest du in einer wachsenden, international vernetzten christlichen Bewegung mit einer klaren Vision.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du entwickelst Social-Media-Strategien und setzt sie auf den passenden Kanälen um.
  • Du erstellst ansprechende, zielgruppengerechte Inhalte (Posts, Stories, Videos, Reels) und verantwortest deren Veröffentlichung.
  • Du analysierst die Performance der Inhalte und leitest Optimierungsmaßnahmen ab.
  • Du moderierst die Community, reagierst auf Kommentare und Anfragen, und stärkst so die Beziehung zu unseren Followern.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit anderen Teams zusammen, um unsere Mission in die digitale Welt zu tragen.
  • Du baust dein Team von Partnern auf, die deinen Dienst finanziell ermöglichen.

Das bringst du mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium, vorzugsweise im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation oder Medien
  • Erfahrung im Social Media Management und in der Content-Erstellung (Text, Bild, Video)
  • Kreatives Gespür für zielgruppengerechte Inhalte und Storytelling
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Social-Media-Plattformen, Analysetools und ggf. Grafik- oder Videobearbeitungsprogrammen
  • Eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Freude an Teamarbeit
  • Identifikation mit den Werten und dem Mandat von Campus für Christus
