Buscamos um(a) Analista de Sistemas de Negócios para atuar como ponto de conexão entre a área de Tecnologia da Informação e as áreas de negócio da Canadian Solar.

Essa pessoa será responsável por prestar suporte funcional aos sistemas corporativos, principalmente SAP SD e MM, além de apoiar a identificação de oportunidades de melhoria, análise de processos e implementação de soluções que contribuam para a eficiência das operações.

Procuramos um profissional com boa capacidade analítica, comunicação e relacionamento com diferentes áreas, que tenha interesse em ampliar seus conhecimentos técnicos e evoluir profissionalmente em um ambiente multinacional.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Prestar suporte funcional aos usuários internos, principalmente nos módulos SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) e SAP MM (Materials Management). Apoiar processos relacionados ao ciclo de pedidos e vendas (Order to Cash – OTC), identificando oportunidades de melhoria e solucionando problemas sistêmicos. Realizar análise e troubleshooting de incidentes, identificando causas-raiz e acompanhando a resolução de chamados em conjunto com equipes técnicas. Atuar como interface entre TI e áreas de negócio, compreendendo necessidades e traduzindo demandas em requisitos funcionais. Apoiar o levantamento e a documentação de requisitos para melhorias e novas funcionalidades dos sistemas. Participar de projetos de otimização de processos, integrações e evolução dos sistemas corporativos. Elaborar e executar testes funcionais e apoiar testes de aceitação dos usuários (UAT). Acompanhar implementações e mudanças sistêmicas, garantindo alinhamento e comunicação com as áreas envolvidas. Apoiar usuários na utilização dos sistemas, realizando orientações e treinamentos quando necessário. Interagir com equipes de TI locais e globais, colaborando na resolução de problemas e na implementação de melhorias.

Requisitos e qualificações Formação superior completa em Tecnologia da Informação, Sistemas de Informação, Administração, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas. Experiência com suporte funcional e/ou análise de sistemas corporativos, especialmente SAP. Conhecimento funcional em SAP SD e SAP MM, com familiaridade com processos comerciais, pedidos, vendas e distribuição (OTC). Vivência com análise de negócios, levantamento de requisitos, suporte a usuários ou melhoria de processos. Experiência com testes funcionais, identificação de problemas e acompanhamento de soluções sistêmicas. Boa comunicação e capacidade de relacionamento com diferentes áreas e níveis da organização. Perfil analítico, organizado, proativo e com facilidade para atuar de forma colaborativa. Inglês intermediário, com disponibilidade e interesse em continuar desenvolvendo o idioma para interação com equipes globais.
