  • Coordinate and manage external labor, contractors, or service partners during field activities when assigned.
  • Manage after-sales quality projects, including action plans, timelines, risk tracking, milestone follow-up, and final closure.
  • Balance customer satisfaction, company cost, schedule, quality impact, and business priorities when supporting issue resolution.

What Makes This Role Great for New Graduates:

This position offers the opportunity to:

  • Build real engineering experience from your first day.
  • Work directly with experienced engineers and manufacturing leaders.
  • Develop project management, problem-solving, and customer-facing skills.
  • Learn advanced manufacturing processes within the rapidly growing renewable energy industry.

  • Grow into future engineering and leadership opportunities within Canadian Solar.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other business software.

Note: The company reserves the right to change the duties and responsibilities of this position at any time as its own discretion.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
