Ihre Aufgaben

Projektassistenz Rohrsanierung Sie unterstützen unsere Projektleitung bei der organisatorischen und administrativen Abwicklung laufender Sanierungsprojekte. Dazu gehören insbesondere:

  • Vorbereitung, Pflege und Ablage von Projektunterlagen
  • Koordination von Terminen, Besprechungen und Projektbeteiligten
  • Erstellung und Nachverfolgung von Aufträgen, Bestellungen und Dokumentationen
  • Pflege von Projekt-, Kunden- und Auftragsdaten
  • Unterstützung bei der Einsatz- und Ressourcenplanung
  • Vorbereitung von Protokollen, Auswertungen und Statusübersichten
  • Überwachung von Fristen, Aufgaben und offenen Punkten
  • Kommunikation mit Auftraggebern, Nachunternehmen, Lieferanten und internen Abteilungen
  • Unterstützung bei der Abrechnung und beim Projektabschluss

Vertriebsassistenz Sanierungsplanung Im Vertrieb unterstützen Sie unser Team bei der Betreuung von Kunden und der Vorbereitung von Sanierungsplanungen. Ihre Aufgaben umfassen:

  • Bearbeitung und Koordination eingehender Kundenanfragen
  • Vorbereitung und Nachverfolgung von Angeboten
  • Zusammenstellung von Unterlagen für Sanierungskonzepte und ggf. Kundenpräsentationen
  • Pflege von Kunden-, Kontakt- und Angebotsdaten
  • Koordination von Beratungs-, Besichtigungs- und Kundenterminen
  • Unterstützung bei Ausschreibungen und Vergabeunterlagen
  • Nachverfolgung von Vertriebsaktivitäten und Wiedervorlagen
  • Erstellung von Übersichten, Auswertungen und Präsentationen
  • Abstimmung zwischen Vertrieb, Sanierungsplanung, Projektleitung und Kunden

Ihr Profil

  • Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Berufsausbildung, beispielsweise im Büromanagement oder als Industriekaufmann/-frau
  • Idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung in der Projekt- oder Vertriebsassistenz
  • Technisches Grundverständnis und Interesse an der Rohrsanierungsbranche
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen Microsoft-Office-Anwendungen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Eine strukturierte, sorgfältige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägtes Organisationsvermögen und die Fähigkeit, Prioritäten zu setzen
  • Ein freundliches, verbindliches und kundenorientiertes Auftreten
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Ansprechpartnern
