Prepare a detailed programme and ensure that the assigned tasks are completed within the time frame for our client.

Implementation of all ISO quality, EHS, green and gracious procedures and requirements. Complete the project with quality to meet client's requirements.

Ensure works are compliance with the Authorities’ requirements.

Ensure that the appointed sub-contractors are able to complete the sub-contract work within the schedule and comply with the technical and contractual requirements.
