CANEA söker en utbildningsadministratör till vårt affärsområde Utbildning. Rollen passar dig som har erfarenhet av utbildningsadministration, kurskoordinering eller liknande verksamhet och som vill ta ett helhetsansvar för att våra utbildningar planeras, genomförs och följs upp på ett strukturerat sätt.

Du blir en viktig del av vår utbildningsverksamhet och arbetar nära kursägare och utbildare. Rollen kombinerar operativ kursadministration med kvalitetssäkring, systemadministration och förbättringsarbete.

I din vardag kommer du:

  • Planera och schemalägga öppna utbildningstillfällen.
  • Samordna med utbildare och kursägare inför kurser samt säkerställa att allt är på plats inför kursstart
  • Boka och koordinera utbildningslokaler i Göteborg och på andra orter.
  • Följa upp beläggning på utbildningar och hantera administration kopplad till kurstillfällen.
  • Säkerställa att kundkontakt och utbildningsrelaterad information dokumenteras i CRM-system.
  • Ansvara för tryck, paketering och utskick av kursmaterial. Vi trycker själva vårt kursmaterial i vårt eget tryckeri.
  • Medverka i arbete kopplat till standarder, t.ex. ISO 9001 och ISO 14001, samt kontaktperson gentemot externa organisationer som IRCA och PMI.
  • Driva förbättringsarbete av vårt ledningssystem för styrning av utbildningsverksamheten.

Vi söker dig som:

  • Erfarenhet av utbildningsadministration, kursadministration, kurskoordinering eller liknande.
  • Har eftergymnasial utbildning från högskola, universitet eller yrkeshögskola.
  • Har mycket god vana av att arbeta i PC-/Windowsmiljö och Microsoft Office-paketet, framför allt Excel, Word och PowerPoint. Gärna även erfarenhet av CRM-system.
  • Är strukturerad, självgående och har förmåga att prioritera när tempot är högt.
  • Trivs med att arbeta både administrativt och koordinerande.
  • Har lätt för att samarbeta och kommunicerar tydligt och professionellt på svenska i tal och skrift.

Meriterande om du har:

  • Erfarenhet av arbete med kurs- eller utbildningsmaterial.
  • Kännedom om standarder som ISO 9001 och ISO 14001.
  • Intresse för områden som projektledning, kvalitet, miljö eller verksamhetsutveckling.
  • Goda kunskaper i engelska.
