Responsibilities

  • Sicherstellung aller produktbezogenen Qualitätsanforderungen - laufende Serienfertigung und bei Vorbereitung von Neuprodukten;
  • Fachliche Führung der Qualitätsmitarbeiter der Produktionsbereiche in Punkto Produkt-/Prozessqualität;
  • Festlegung von Qualitätskriterien und -anforderungen;
  • Leitung von Qualitätstests, Erstellung von Freigabedokumenten;
  • Erteilung von Produktfreigaben;
  • Konzeption, Entwicklung und Standardisierung von Qualitätsprozessen;
  • Leitung von On-Demand Services (Rework);
  • Leitung von Qualitätsprojekten;
  • Leitung von technischen Ursachen- und Fehleranalysen, Erarbeitung von Lösungen;
  • Bearbeitung von Aufgaben im Rahmen des Qualitätsmanagements;
  • Lieferanten- und Kundenkommunikation;
  • Material- und Produktfreigabetests unter Berücksichtigung der internen Standards;
  • Arbeiten mit Normen und Regelwerken (ISO, DIN, CE, EMV, Blauer Engel, Canon Standard, etc.);
  • Erstellen von technischen Prüfberichten und Qualitätsreports in englischer Sprache;
  • Prüfmittelüberwachung und Sicherstellung;
  • ESD-Überwachung und Sicherstellung.

Qualifications

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Fachausbildung; Techniker, Bachelor oder Master;
  • QMF-, QMB-Qualifikation;
  • Technische Berufserfahrung;
  • Führungserfahrung oder Potenzial zum Führen im technisch komplexen Umfeld;
  • Betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse;
  • Erfahrung im Projektmanagement;
  • Ursachenanalyse und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten;
  • Eigenständige und proaktive Arbeitsweise;
  • Vertraut im Arbeiten mit technischen Regelwerken (Normen) und Direktiven;
  • Beratungs- und Kommunikations- sowie Konfliktfähigkeit;
  • Sehr gutes Englisch in Wort und Schrift.
