Unsere Türen führen in ein Hotel, das sich zum Ziel gesetzt hat, seinen Gästen während ihres Aufenthalts einen überzeugenden Grund zu geben, später wieder zurückzukehren. Diese Aufgabe gelingt nur mit einem kompetenten, effizienten und verantwortungsbewussten Team, das Qualität nicht dem Zufall überlässt.

Das SwissEver Hotel Zug in Cham gehört zur Schweizer Canonica-Gruppe, einem etablierten Unternehmen mit Betrieben in Gastronomie, Hotellerie, Detailhandel und Produktion. Zur Gruppe zählen unter anderem Restaurants, Bars, Shops und Schokoladenboutiquen am internationalen Flughafen Genf sowie eine eigene Wäscherei und Schokoladenproduktion. Das SwissEver Hotel Zug in Cham ist das erste seiner Art und dient als Vorbild für zukünftige Hotelprojekte der Gruppe.

Wir suchen eine engagierte, belastbare und organisierte Persönlichkeit für die Position im Service.

Ihre Aufgaben:

Zu den Aufgaben dieser Funktion gehören:

- Betreuung und Bedienung unserer Gäste im Restaurant-, Bar- und Bankettbereich

- Aufnahme von Bestellungen sowie fachgerechtes Servieren von Speisen und Getränken

- Sicherstellung eines reibunglosen Serviceablaufs während des Frühstücks-, Mittags-, Abend-, und Bankettservices

- Vorbereitungs- und Mise-en-Place-Arbeiten im Servicebereich

- Beratung der Gäste bei der Speise- und Getränkeauswahl

- Verantwortungsvoller Umgang mit dem Kassensystem und korrekte Abrechnung

- Mitwirkung bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Banketten und Veranstaltungen

- Einhaltung der Qualitäts-, Hygiene- und Servicestandards

- Unterstützung des Teams bei allen anfallenden Arbeiten im Servicebereich

Ihr Profil:

Mehrjährige Erfahrung im À-la-carte-Service mit Führung eigener Station setzen wir voraus. Sie arbeiten selbständig, zuverläsisg und organisiert. Auch in hektischen Situationen behalten Sie den Überblick und überzeugen durch ein gepflegtes Auftreten sowie professionelle Umgangsformen. Belastbarkeit, Teamfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein runden Ihr Profil ab. Sie verfügen über fliessende Deutschkenntnisse.
