Als IT Demand & Business Process Manager/in bist du bei Cansativa das Bindeglied zwischen den Fachbereichen und den liefernden Einheiten IT Operations und Technology. Du schaffst eine einzige geordnete Eingangstür für alle Anforderungen und ein gemeinsames Projektportfolio.

DAS PACKST DU AN

  • Demand Management: Du nimmst alle Anforderungen aus den Fachbereichen auf, schärfst sie fachlich und bewertest sie. Als eine Eingangstür für IT und Technology entscheidest du über Annahme, Zurückstellung oder begründete Ablehnung.
  • Projekt- und Portfoliosteuerung: Du führst ein gemeinsames Projektportfolio, priorisierst belastbar gegen die verfügbare Kapazität und planst quartalsweise mit den Fachbereichen.
  • IT-Projekte: Du leitest und begleitest IT-Projekte von der Anforderung bis zur Abnahme, gemeinsam mit den liefernden Einheiten.
  • Servicemanagement: Du baust das Servicemanagement auf und betreibst es: Prozesse, Serviceziele, Kennzahlen und Berichtswesen. Deine Leitkennzahl ist die Zusagetreue.
  • Geschäftsprozesse: Du nimmst Geschäftsprozesse auf und bewertest sie als Grundlage für Automatisierung, Tools und Systemauswahl.
  • Key-User-Netz: Du baust je Kernsystem ein Key-User-Netz auf und betreust es, inklusive Schulung und Befähigung der Fachbereiche.
  • Moderation & Reporting: Du moderierst zwischen Fachbereichen mit konkurrierenden Interessen und berichtest an die Bereichsleitung.

FÜR DAUERHAFTEN ERFOLG BRINGST DU MIT

  • IT-Projekt- und Demand Management: Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung im IT-Projektmanagement und im Demand Management. Du nimmst Anforderungen auf, bewertest und priorisierst sie und steuerst Vorhaben bis zur Abnahme.
  • Portfolio & Kapazität: Du hast Erfahrung im Portfolio- und Kapazitätsmanagement, stellst Vorhaben gegen die verfügbare Kapazität und führst Entscheidungen herbei.
  • Unternehmenslösungen: Du hast ein fundiertes Verständnis von ERP, CRM, Dokumentenmanagement und E-Commerce.
  • Hands-on-Mentalität: Du bist technisch affin, liest Schnittstellenbeschreibungen, erstellst eigene Auswertungen und verstehst Systemzusammenhänge ohne Übersetzer.
  • IT-Verständnis: Du hast ein sehr gutes IT-Verständnis insgesamt und ordnest Architektur, Betrieb und Datenflüsse ein, statt sie nur zu verwalten.
  • Prozesskompetenz: Du hast Erfahrung darin, Geschäftsprozesse als Grundlage für Automatisierung und Systemauswahl aufzunehmen und zu bewerten.
  • Durchsetzungsfähigkeit: Du setzt dich gegenüber Fachbereichen und Geschäftsleitung durch und kannst auch ablehnen.
  • Sprachen: Du sprichst Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher.
