The posting

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to join our team at The Landings at Canton Hills in Canton, GA. As a CMA, you will play a vital role in providing safe and accurate medication administration to our residents, ensuring their health and well-being in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Administer medications to residents in accordance with state regulations and company policies.
  • Monitor resident responses to medications and report any adverse reactions or concerns to nursing staff.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medication records and documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with healthcare team members, residents, and families.
  • Assist with other resident care duties as assigned by supervisory staff.

Shift

  • 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
  • PRN as needed

Requirements

  • Valid Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification.
  • Prior experience working as a CMA or in a similar healthcare role preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in medication administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and follow established protocols.
