Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end technical efforts: refine requirements, define test objectives, author methods of test, and oversee execution for ground and flight activities; ensure data collection plans, instrumentation needs, and analysis methods will yield valid, decision‑quality results.
  • Direct mission planning and post‑mission analysis using accepted T&E processes, models/simulations, hardware‑in‑the‑loop, measurement facilities, and open‑air ranges; synthesize findings into briefings, letter reports, and formal technical reports.
  • Provide senior technical advisement across avionics, sensors/seekers, weapons integration, interoperability, survivability/vulnerability, electromagnetic effects, and C5ISR topics; mentor engineers and test personnel.

  • Represent the program with internal stakeholders and external partners across government, industry, and academia; communicate complex technical matters clearly to varied audiences.

Required Qualifications

  • Recognized Subject‑Matter Expert with exceptional and/or highly unique expertise, capable of performing all functional duties independently and overseeing the efforts of others as needed.
  • Extensive, recent experience planning, conducting, and analyzing results for air‑launched weapons, avionics/sensors, and mission systems integration testing (ground and flight).
  • Demonstrated mastery of test documentation (Methods of Test, data packages, letter reports, technical reports) and of data reduction/analysis to produce defensible conclusions.
  • Proven ability to lead cross‑disciplinary teams and mentor engineers/test personnel in complex T&E environments.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain appropriate DoD clearances; eligibility for SAP/SCI may be required based on program needs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Recent Team Eglin test experience, including integration with JTTOCC and range assets; familiarity with one‑of‑a‑kind test platforms and ETTC processes.
  • Experience supporting interoperability/performance assessments for new fighter software baselines, UAS T&E roadmap inputs, and TRMC initiatives.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
