Como Operador de sistemas tendrás la misión de:

Atender llamadas telefónicas y/o correos electrónicos de los clientes y de los gestores de servicios

Monitorear las herramientas de seguridad tales como SIEM, SOAR, Threat Intelligence, EDR

Analizar las alertas para determinar si son amenazas genuinas o falsos positivos, reportarlas a los clientes o al interno de Canvia con el análisis realizado, el diagnóstico, las acciones tomadas o a tomar, y las recomendaciones según el tipo de alerta

Seguir el workflow de las alertas en el sistema de tickets del SIEM o SOAR, cambiar el estatus y documentar la atención realizada

Reforzar el análisis de seguridad aplicando las observaciones y sugerencias de los analistas

Atender los pedidos de apoyo que realicen los especialistas, ya sea por teléfono, Teams, grupo de WhatsApp, etc.

Ejecutar rutinas de mitigación y/o contención de acuerdo a playbooks definidos

Comunicar eficazmente el escalamiento a los analistas, al Team de Respuesta, a otras áreas de Canvia, a clientes, a proveedores

Registrar IoC’s en los dispositivos de seguridad y/o aplicar excepciones al monitoreo del SIEM

Ejecutar checklist rutinario de las operaciones del SOC

Envío de reportes rutinarios y solicitados bajo demanda

Requisitos

¿Qué buscamos de ti?

  • Técnico o bachiller en Sistemas, Computación, Redes o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia mínima de 1 año en soporte técnico, operación de redes o sistemas.
  • Experiencia en el uso de herramientas de gestión de tickets.
  • Experiencia en la configuración básica de switches, routers, servicios Windows, antivirus o aplicaciones.
  • Cursos o capacitaciones en Seguridad Informática.

¿Qué conocimientos necesitas?

  • Administración y funcionamiento de Active Directory, File Server y DNS.
  • Protocolos de correo electrónico: SMTP, POP3 e IMAP.
  • Redes cableadas e inalámbricas, direccionamiento IP y rutas estáticas.
  • Gestión de endpoints: navegación por internet, antivirus, instalación de software y sistemas de archivos.
