Technical Consultant (Tenable)

Salary: S$5,500 – S$6,000 per month (open for discussion) Employment Type: Permanent Location: Singapore (East)

About the Role

We are looking for a technically skilled and customer-focused Technical Consultant to support cybersecurity solutions, with a focus on vulnerability management and Tenable technologies. You will work closely with partners and customers to deliver technical consultations, solution demonstrations, implementation support, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical consultation and support for Tenable security solutions, particularly vulnerability assessment and management.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proof-of-concept (POC) activities for customers and channel partners.
  • Assist with solution deployment, configuration, integration, and troubleshooting.
  • Work closely with sales teams and channel partners to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
  • Support pre-sales activities, including technical proposals, solution design, and responding to customer queries.
  • Keep up to date with cybersecurity trends, vulnerability management, and product developments.
  • Provide technical enablement and knowledge sharing to partners and customers when required.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in technical consulting, pre-sales, cybersecurity, or IT infrastructure support.
  • Familiarity with Tenable products or vulnerability management solutions is highly advantageous.
  • Basic understanding of network security, operating systems, vulnerability assessment, and security best practices.
