Responsibilities

Seeking a dynamic Restaurant Manager with a passion for exceptional guest service and a proven ability to develop, train, and inspire high-performing teams. This leader will oversee daily restaurant operations while driving a culture of hospitality excellence, accountability, and continuous learning. A hospitality professional who leads by example, inspires excellence, and possesses a genuine passion for creating world-class guest experiences through exceptional service training and team development.

  • Lead, coach, and mentor front-of-house teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Develop and facilitate service training programs, onboarding, and ongoing skills development.
  • Ensure consistent execution of service standards, policies, and operating procedures.
  • Foster a positive, guest-centric culture focused on engagement and performance.
  • Monitor service quality, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
  • Partner with culinary and leadership teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Manage scheduling, labor, inventory controls, and financial performance goals.
  • Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, creating memorable service recoveries.

Qualifications

Having a Bachelors Degree is a plus but not required, though a High School Diploma or GED is necessary. (Or any combination of academic education, professional training or work experience, which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position)

  • 3+ years of restaurant management experience in an upscale, luxury, or fine-dining environment.
  • Demonstrated success in service training, employee development, and team leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of hospitality best practices and guest engagement strategies.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with Forbes Travel Guide service standards and luxury hospitality environments is highly preferred.
  • Ability to maintain high standards while thriving in a fast-paced setting.
