O que você vai fazer?

  • Operar e fechar o caixa, registrando vendas, recebimentos e gerando relatórios diários;
  • Controlar e registrar contas a receber, emitindo boletos, recibos e acompanhando pagamentos;
  • Registrar notas fiscais e documentos financeiros de entrada e saída;
  • Apoiar rotinas administrativas como arquivamento, correspondências, controle de materiais e agendas;
  • Auxiliar áreas internas (financeiro, compras, RH) em demandas operacionais;
  • Elaborar e atualizar planilhas e relatórios de controle;
  • Atender clientes, colaboradores e fornecedores de forma cordial e eficiente;
  • Zelar pela organização do ambiente de trabalho e seguir normas internas e de segurança da informação.

O que buscamos?

  • Ensino superior completo ou em andamento em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Economia ou áreas afins;
  • Experiência prévia em rotinas administrativas: atividades de faturamento, cobranças e baixas de pagamentos;
  • Organização, atenção aos detalhes e capacidade analítica;
  • Facilidade para comunicação e relacionamento com diferentes áreas e filiais do grupo;
  • Domínio de ferramentas de informática (Pacote Office, especialmente Excel) e sistemas de gestão (ERP);
  • Perfil proativo e comprometido com prazos e resultados.
