🧭 Missão do Cargo

O(a) BDR será responsável por prospectar empresas com vagas abertas e necessidade de serviços de Recrutamento e Seleção, construindo uma carteira ativa de clientes em todo o Brasil e gerando oportunidades comerciais qualificadas para o nosso time.

O que você irá fazer:

  • Prospectar ativamente empresas com demandas de contratação em diferentes segmentos e regiões do Brasil.
  • Mapear decisores (RH, gestores, diretores) e identificar oportunidades de Recrutamento e Seleção.
  • Abordar leads por telefone, LinkedIn, e-mail, WhatsApp e outras estratégias outbound e inbound.
  • Qualificar oportunidades, entendendo dor, urgência, volume de vagas e perfil desejado.
  • Agendar reuniões para o closer.
  • Construir e gerenciar carteira própria de prospects e leads qualificados.
  • Atualizar CRM com atividades, pipeline e status das oportunidades.
  • Acompanhar mercado, concorrência e tendências de contratação.
  • Trabalhar com metas de geração de leads, reuniões qualificadas e conversão em oportunidades comerciais.
  • Apoiar estratégias de crescimento e expansão comercial da empresa.

O que buscamos em você:

  • Experiência com prospecção B2B, vendas consultivas ou SDR/BDR.
  • Habilidade de comunicação, negociação e persuasão.
  • Familiaridade com LinkedIn, CRM e ferramentas de prospecção.
  • Organização, disciplina e gestão de pipeline.Disponibilidade para atuação comercial remota;
  • Possuir notebook;
