DESCRIÇÃO

Responsável por apoiar a eficiência dos fluxos de trabalho e processos do projeto, promovendo organização, melhoria contínua e acompanhamento de demandas em sistema BI e Geração de Indicadores.

Atua no monitoramento de atividades e gestão de painéis de Indicadores de KPI's e priorização de demandas, suporte às rotinas de acompanhamento (reuniões, status, workflows) e na identificação de gargalos, contribuindo para maior fluidez e produtividade da equipe, reporta junto a sua Liderança de Integração e Conformidade dos processos e realiza atas de reuniões gerenciais e atualização dos planos de ação gerados em decorrências de demandas de Reuniões de Acompanhamento de Contrato como: Melhorias e ou Atendimento a desvio do escopo ou indicador de performance e gera relatórios dos mesmos e integra dados em BI, IA e Apresentações, junto ao setor de integração e conformidade e se necessário em alguma área, porém com alinhamento junto a integração e conformidade.

EXPERIÊNCIA

  • Experiencia de atuação em planejamento na área de projetos, em atividade industrial;
  • Microsoft Office, MS Project, EPM, SAP S 4HANA, Microsoft Teams, Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, etc.), SmartPlant Foundation (SPE - Hexagon).

ESCOLARIDADE

  • Nível de Formação: Nível superior.
