ATRIBUIÇÃO

Realizar tarefas de alta complexidade, sendo o responsável por orientar, revisar e gerar soluções disruptivas e inovadoras na execução de atividades e tarefas relacionadas a estruturação, gestão e monitoramento de planos de ação, liderar análises críticas de problemas complexos envolvendo auditorias internas e externas e tratamento de demandas da OUVIDORIA/GOVERNANÇA/SUPRIMENTOS/JURÍDICO/PARCERIA e órgãos externos, bem como protagonizar as estratégias de controle de processos com proposição de soluções e implementação de melhorias em padrões e processos.

Estruturar as auditorias internas e simulados baseados nas normas, sistemas de gestão e demais requisitos, inclusive nas atividades de programação, considerando todas as fases de planejamento junto às áreas auditadas, logística, otimização de recursos, orientações aos auditores, divulgação dos resultados e acompanhamento de tratamento das não conformidades nos diversos sistemas e fóruns gerenciais.

Suportar diretamente nas análises da organização e conteúdo dos relatórios e estudos de auditorias, respostas a OUVIDORIA, JURÍDICO, SUPRIMENTOS, PARCEIROS e órgãos externos, estruturando o acompanhamento da evolução das recomendações e sua eficácia.

Assessorar diretamente as gerências desde a preparação e estruturação de equipes em eventos de auditoria (internas ou externas), atuando diretamente na análise e consolidação do conteúdo dos relatórios e respostas aos questionamentos, notificações e autuações (multas e/ou interdições) para áreas internas e órgãos reguladores e fiscalizadores externos.

CONHECIMENTOS E HABILIDADES ESPERADAS

Pós-Graduação com carga horária mínima de 360 horas nas seguintes especialidades: Auditoria, Compliance, Controladoria ou outras áreas correlatas à especialidade desde que validada pela gestão contratual da Petrobras.

FORMAÇÃO

Curso de graduação de nível superior em Administração , Engenharia, Contabilidade, Direito , Economia , Análise de Tecnologia da Informação, ou Administrador de Tecnologia da Informação ou outras áreas correlatas à especialidade desde que validada pela gestão contratual da Petrobras.

TEMPO DE EXPERIENCIA

experiência nas atribuições definidas acima, neste Anexo, ou escopo correlatos, neste caso, sujeitos à aprovação da fiscalização.
