Deine Rolle

Als Senior Consultant* – Business Analyst im Bereich Credit & Capital Management übernimmst Du eine zentrale Rolle bei der Umsetzung komplexer Transformationsinitiativen für führende Finanzinstitute. Du nutzt Deine Expertise entlang des gesamten Kreditprozesses, um Anforderungen zu analysieren, Zielprozesse zu gestalten und Geschäftsanforderungen in umsetzbare Lösungen zu übersetzen. Die Rolle verbindet fachliche Analyse mit enger Zusammenarbeit über Business-, Technologie-, Risiko- und Operations-Teams hinweg.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Analyse und Dokumentation von Geschäftsanforderungen entlang der Kreditprozesse (Origination, Bewertung, Entscheidung, Abwicklung, Monitoring und Restrukturierung)
  • Entwicklung von Fachkonzepten, Prozessmodellen, User Stories und funktionalen Spezifikationen für Initiativen im Kredit- und Kapitalmanagement
  • Übersetzung fachlicher Anforderungen in klare technische Spezifikationen, insbesondere in den Bereichen Daten, Workflows und Systemintegration
  • Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams zur Verbesserung von Effizienz, Kontrollmechanismen und Nutzererlebnis
  • Unterstützung der Umsetzung in Wasserfall- und agilen Projekten, einschließlich Testing, UAT-Koordination und Stakeholder-Abstimmung

Dein Profil

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Business Analyst im Finanzdienstleistungsumfeld, idealerweise im Kredit-, Lending- oder Firmenkundengeschäft
  • Fundiertes Verständnis von Kreditprozessen, einschließlich Financial Spreading, Risikobewertung, Kreditgenehmigung, Sicherheiten, Limiten und Monitoring
  • Erfahrung in Transformationsprojekten mit Fokus auf Kreditprozesse, Operating Models oder unterstützende Technologiesysteme
  • Kenntnisse regulatorischer und risikobezogener Themen im Kredit- und Kapitalmanagement (z. B. Basel, IFRS 9, interne Kreditrichtlinien)
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations-, Analyse- und Stakeholder-Management-Fähigkeiten sowie Erfahrung in komplexen Projektumfeldern
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie Reisebereitschaft

Nice to have

  • Erfahrung in groß angelegten Transformationsprogrammen im Bankenumfeld oder in der Beratung
  • Kenntnisse in Kreditrisikodaten, Reporting oder Management-Informationssystemen
  • Vertrautheit mit Prozessmodellierungs- oder Anforderungsmanagement-Tools sowie Datenanalysemethoden
  • Erfahrung in internationalen Projektumfeldern
