ATIVIDADES

  • Realizar inspeção nas instalações das empresas prestadoras de serviço de hotelaria, com foco na avaliação física (funcionamento e integridade) e documental (conformidade) dos contentores de transporte (containeres) e seus acessórios para movimentação, antes de seu embarque;
  • Realizar inspeção com foco na avaliação física (funcionamento e integridade) e documental (conformidade) dos equipamentos e dos materiais destinados ao atendimento do contrato, antes de seu embarque;
  • Aplicar formulário de inspeção modelo, fornecido pela Contratante;
  • Realizar registro fotográfico de itens relevantes;
  • Emitir relatórios de conformidade quanto ao atendimento da legislação as normas técnicas vigentes aplicáveis ;
  • Orientar a adoção de medidas corretivas imediatas pelos responsáveis da empresa de hotelaria;
  • Comunicar a Coordenação de Nutrição a constatação de não conformidades que comprometam a segurança dos alimentos, e que não tenham sido solucionadas no momento da inspeção;
  • Liberar os contêineres adequados para o embarque;
  • Vetar o embarque de containers inadequados;
  • Identificar e registrar as não conformidades na planilha fornecida pela Contratante; Cadastrar as não conformidades encontradas nos sistemas indicados pela Contratante;
  • Demais atividades correlatas, necessárias à execução dos serviços de suporte técnico para fiscalização dos contratos de hotelaria marítima.

Escolaridade:

Nível Técnico de Segurança do trabalho - COM REGISTRO VALIDO E ATIVO;
