ATRIBUIÇÕES

  • Atuar no desenvolvimento e implementação das ações preventivas e corretivas de segurança no trabalho, visando garantir a saúde e a integridade física dos trabalhadores e das comunidades, bem como a continuidade operacional das instalações, em articulação com as áreas de meio ambiente e saúde;
  • Preparar, acompanhar e representar o laboratório em auditorias internas e externas (DZ56 - INEA, VCL); Implementar e acompanhar o Programa de Gerenciamento de Riscos (PGR) , Programa de Proteção Respiratória (PPR), Relatório de Ergonomia;
  • Realizar a gestão e acompanhamento de realização dos treinamentos obrigatórios e mandatórios de SMS;
  • Conformidade legal: avaliar e implementar normas e legislações aplicáveis ao laboratório, bem como gerir o Sistema Requisitos (SMSMS-RE ou o correspondente);
  • Atualizar permanentemente o Sistema Requisitos ou qualquer outro que porventura venha a substituir o atual;
  • Monitorar o Plano de Radioproteção (controle do uso dos Dosímetros e treinamentos);
  • Divulgar e aplicar a política de SMS da empresa; Realizar abrangência de alertas de SMS, preparar e apresentar Briefing de segurança e Diálogos de SMS. Realizar a gestão dos resíduos contaminados do laboratório. Controlar o almoxarifado de produtos químicos, suas FISPQ e gerenciar os produtos controlados pela Polícia Federal;
  • identificar os riscos das atividades, avaliar seus aspectos e promover formas de minimizar seus impactos;
  • Controlar a certificação, validade e entrega dos Equipamentos de Proteção Individual (EPI);
  • Fazer o controle e registro de entrega de EPIs utilizando o SIS – Sistema Informatizado de Saúde. Verificar as condições de operação dos equipamentos do laboratório e litotecas;
  • Atender às demandas legais quanto a aplicação das diversas NR’s, principalmente as NR’s 01, 06, 07, 09, 11, 12, 17, 20 e 35; Atuar no relacionamento com os órgãos reguladores no que diz respeito a fontes radioativas, auditorias, FISQP’s etc.;
  • Revisão e atualização dos padrões de SMS para LAB;
  • Conduzir eventuais tratamentos de RTA; Elaborar listas de verificações em SMS para as atividades operacionais dos laboratórios;
  • Realizar inspeções e vistorias de SMS nas atividades dos laboratórios utilizando listas de verificação;
  • Participar nas análises/revisões das documentações referentes ao anexo de SMS como inventários de riscos, análises preliminares de trabalhos, instruções/procedimentos de trabalho, programas de gestão de SMS, treinamentos de SMS;
  • Acompanhar e apoiar a implementação dos planos de ações referentes aos inventários de riscos ocupacionais, análises preliminares de riscos das tarefas, higiene ocupacional e ergonomia;
  • Elaboração de estudos de análises de risco e de investigações de acidentes, incidentes e desvios críticos e sistêmicos, participando e acompanhando a implementação de ações de bloqueios.

Conhecimentos Obrigatórios:

Conhecimento dos softwares Excel, Powerpoint, Word e PowerBI. Inglês intermediário.

Grau de Instrução e formação

Grau de instrução: Nível médio técnico Formação necessária: Nível médio técnico em segurança do trabalho, com diploma ou certificado registrado, fornecido por instituição reconhecida pelo Ministério da Educação.
