Vill du driva komplexa projekt inom bank och bidra till arbetet mot finansiell brottslighet? Nu söker Capega en senior projektledare för ett längre konsultuppdrag hos en bank i Stockholm. Rollen passar dig som har erfarenhet av projekt- och programledning och trivs med att samordna flera parallella initiativ. Arbetsbeskrivning Som projektledare ansvarar du för den övergripande samordningen av flera initiativ inom bankens AMLR-arbete. Arbetet bedrivs av olika team och verksamhetsområden, med en utsedd EPIC-owner för respektive initiativ. Du tar fram tydliga planer, samordnar leveranser och kartlägger beroenden och risker. Från månadsskiftet januari/februari 2027 tar du även över programledaransvaret för ett pågående program inom Financial Crime Prevention (FCP). Programmet omfattar bland annat införande av nya system för kundscreening och transaktionsmonitorering, systemuppgraderingar, förflyttning till containerplattform samt myndighetsrapportering. Arbetet innebär:

Planera och samordna flera parallella initiativ inom banken.

Följa upp leveranser tillsammans med EPIC-owners och berörda team.

Identifiera och hantera beroenden och risker.

Ta över programledaransvaret för ett pågående program inom FCP.

Kompetenskrav & erfarenhet Vi söker dig som är en erfaren projekt- eller programledare med cirka 6–10 års konsulterfarenhet inom relevant område. Du har genomfört flera liknande uppdrag hos olika kunder och är van att självständigt leda och driva komplexa uppdrag. Du har god erfarenhet av samordning, planering och kartläggning av beroenden och risker. Flytande svenska och engelska i tal och skrift är ett krav. Erfarenhet av regelverksprojekt och arbete inom FCP är meriterande. Som person är du strukturerad, tydlig och samarbetsinriktad. Du skapar överblick, driver arbetet framåt och är trygg i dialogen med olika delar av organisationen. Längd på uppdrag Uppdraget är på heltid med planerad start den 9 november 2026 och löper till och med den 31 december 2028. Placeringen är i Stockholm och arbetet utförs huvudsakligen på plats i bankens lokaler. Viss möjlighet till hybridarbete kan diskuteras.
