Konsultuppdrag: Senior projektledare inom e-faktura och leverantörsstyrning Omfattning: Heltid Period: Januari–december 2027 Placering: Stockholm Om uppdraget Vi söker en senior konsult till ett större försäkringsbolag i Stockholm för att leda arbetet med att effektivisera och digitalisera leverantörsfakturaflöden inom skade-, IT- och driftverksamheten. Målet är att minska manuell hantering, sänka kostnader och öka automatiseringen genom övergång till elektronisk fakturering. Arbetsuppgifter Kartlägga och analysera befintliga fakturaflöden och leverantörer.

Identifiera möjligheter till digitalisering och automatisering.

Ta fram målbild, migreringsplan och genomföranderoadmap.

Driva övergången till elektronisk fakturering.

Etablera processer, styrning och en långsiktig förvaltningsmodell.

Definiera roller, ansvar och KPI:er för uppföljning.

Samordna arbetet mellan Skador, IT, Ekonomi, Inköp och externa leverantörer.

Presentera resultat och beslutsunderlag för styrgrupp och berörda intressenter.

Kvalifikationer Gedigen erfarenhet av större förändrings- och digitaliseringsuppdrag.

Dokumenterad erfarenhet av att leda komplexa uppdrag med hög kvalitet.

Förmåga att självständigt driva analys, planering och förändringsarbete.

Erfarenhet av processutveckling, leverantörsstyrning och förvaltningsmodeller.

Förmåga att leda större grupper och samordna flera verksamhetsområden.

Vi ser gärna att du har cirka 9–12 års relevant erfarenhet och är van att ta ett stort eget ansvar i komplexa uppdrag. Förväntat resultat Uppdraget ska resultera i en nulägesanalys, kartläggning av leverantörer, en målbild för e-fakturahantering, en prioriterad migreringsplan samt etablerade processer för styrning och förvaltning.
