About the Role

The Consumer Direct Product Sales team leads the strategy and performance of Farmers’ direct-to-consumer product portfolio. The team partners across Marketing, Analytics, Technology, Operations, Product, and UX to accelerate growth, improve customer experiences, and optimize business outcomes across Auto, Property, Specialty, and digital channels.

As Manager, Web Experience & Growth, you will own the customer-facing, front-end website experience across Farmers.com, Foremost.com and BristolWest.com. You will be responsible for how our websites are presented to customers, including site content, information architecture, navigation, landing pages, calls to action, and the overall experience that guides customers to quote, purchase and service.

You will define and execute the strategic roadmap for continuously improving the website experience, using customer insights, analytics, SEO and experimentation to increase traffic, engagement, conversion and self-service. You will lead a team of web content professionals and partner closely with Marketing, SEO, Product, UX, Analytics and Technology to translate customer and business needs into intuitive, high-performing digital experiences.

What You'll Do

  • Define and execute the strategy and growth roadmap for the customer-facing website experience across Farmers.com, Foremost.com and BristolWest.com, including how products, content, calls to action, and customer journeys are presented and organized.
  • Optimize digital customer journeys to improve acquisition, engagement, conversion, and self-service outcomes.
  • Lead and develop a team of web content professionals, setting priorities and driving execution.
  • Partner with Marketing, SEO/GEO, Paid Media, Product, UX, Analytics, and Technology teams to deliver high-impact digital experiences.
  • Lead conversion-rate optimization and experimentation across website content, navigation, page layouts, calls to action, landing pages and customer journeys.
  • Leverage analytics, customer insights, and market trends to identify opportunities and measure performance.
  • Create and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and reports to drive data-based decision-making and business results.
  • Present recommendations and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Foster collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement across teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, Online Media, or a related field.
  • Fluent English proficiency.
  • 7+ years of experience in online marketing, growth marketing, digital media, website management, SEO/GEO, or digital product management.
  • Strong understanding of website optimization, customer acquisition, conversion funnels, and digital customer journeys.
  • Experience developing digital strategies, roadmaps, and cross-functional marketing initiatives.
  • Advanced stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
  • Experience leading, coaching, or developing team members.
  • Proficiency with web analytics and optimization tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Target, Optimizely, or VWO.
  • Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS), Power BI, Tableau, and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize competing initiatives, influence stakeholders, and drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Knowledge of SEO/GEO, growth marketing, and performance marketing best practices.

Preferred

  • Experience managing large-scale customer-facing websites.
  • Familiarity with UX, Product, and Digital Technology teams.
  • Experience working with ROI-driven campaigns, A/B testing, and conversion optimization programs.
