You will lead daily production, provide coaching and technical guidance, and serve as a trusted subject matter expert for complex trade processing, settlement, data analysis, controls, and operational risk matters. You'll combine trade-lifecycle expertise with a data-driven, risk-aware, and continuous-improvement mindset to strengthen the team's operating model and support scalable business growth.

What you will do

· Lead day-to-day production and oversight for global equity trade operations, including trade capture and enrichment, confirmation, settlement, reconciliation, exception management, and resolution of complex trade, cash, and position discrepancies.

· Serve as a subject matter expert and escalation point for complex trade processing, settlement, market, counterparty, custodian, and operational risk matters.

· Coordinate priorities and workflows across the team, provide coaching and technical guidance, and reinforce consistent execution of procedures and controls.

· Partner with Trading, Legal, Investment Operations, brokers, custodians, counterparties, and external service providers to support timely trade completion and resolve issues across the trade lifecycle.

· Use operational data to identify trends, emerging risks, recurring exceptions, capacity constraints, and opportunities to improve service delivery and decision-making.

· Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards, key performance indicators, and risk metrics using advanced Excel, Power BI, or comparable business intelligence tools.

· Lead process improvement and automation initiatives that strengthen controls, standardize workflows, reduce manual touchpoints, and improve scalability and operational resiliency.

· Document procedures, control points, escalation paths, and process changes; support testing, implementation, and operational readiness for system or business enhancements.

· Demonstrate end-to-end ownership by driving issues to resolution, communicating clearly with stakeholders, and escalating material risks appropriately.

· Act as a key liaison between Equity Trade Operations and internal and external stakeholders, advocating for the team's priorities, contributing operational expertise to enterprise initiatives, and driving alignment across workstreams.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
