Är du specialist i allmänmedicin och vill arbeta i en modern och kvalitetsdriven primärvård? Capio Vårdcentral Åkermyntan i Hässelby söker nu en specialistläkare till en heltidstjänst där du blir en del av ett engagerat team i västra Stockholm. För dig som är intresserad av ledarskap och verksamhetsutveckling finns även möjlighet att på sikt axla rollen som medicinskt ansvarig läkare (MAL).

Om oss

Välkommen till Capio vårdcentral Åkermyntan med tillhörande BVC och BMM centralt i Hässelby. På vår mottagning arbetar ett kompetent och engagerat team på 34 medarbetare som tillsammans tar hand om våra ca 13 000 listade patienter.

MAL-uppdrag

För dig som är intresserad av medicinskt ledarskap finns möjlighet att utvecklas in i rollen som medicinskt ansvarig läkare (MAL). Uppdraget innebär att bidra till verksamhetens medicinska kvalitetsarbete, patientsäkerhetsfrågor och fortsatta utveckling i nära samarbete med verksamhetschef och kollegor.

Vi har idag en erfaren MAL på plats som kommer att finnas som stöd och introducera dig i rollen, vilket ger goda möjligheter att successivt växa in i uppdraget. Tidigare erfarenhet av MAL-rollen är därför inget krav.

Som MAL hos oss blir du också en del av Capios MAL-nätverk där medicinskt ansvariga läkare regelbundet träffas för erfarenhetsutbyte, kompetensutveckling och kollegialt stöd. Rollen innebär även ett nära samarbete med RMC, vilket skapar ytterligare stöd i medicinska och kvalitetsrelaterade frågor.

Du ingår i ledningsgruppen och bidrar aktivt till verksamhetens strategiska och medicinska utveckling.
