Är du specialist i allmänmedicin och vill arbeta på en mindre vårdcentral med engagerade kollegor och korta beslutsvägar? Vi söker dig som vill göra skillnad för våra patienter. Tjänsten är en tillsvidareanställning på heltid vid Capio Vårdcentral Ösmo.

Om Oss

Välkommen till Capio Vårdcentral Ösmo. Hos oss arbetar ett kompetent och engagerat team som tillsammans tar hand om våra cirka 7 300 listade patienter. Vi bedriver både vårdcentral och hemsjukvård och har ett eget psykosocialt team.

På mottagningen finns bland annat distriktssköterskemottagning med drop-in samt specialistmottagningar för astma/KOL, diabetes och hypertoni. Vi har en god arbetsmiljö och ett närvarande ledarskap som värnar om samarbete, utveckling och kvalitet i vården.

Din roll

Som specialist i allmänmedicin hos oss arbetar du med utredning och behandling av patienter på mottagningen. Patientflödet är välorganiserat, alla patienter triageras av sjuksköterska via telefon eller chatt, vilket ger dig goda förutsättningar att använda din kompetens där den behövs mest.

Arbetet sker i ett etablerat, teambaserat arbetssätt där samarbetet mellan professionerna fungerar väl. Du får en varierad mottagning med både planerade besök, akuta besök och remisshantering. Här finns stort utrymme att påverka både arbetssätt och verksamhetens utveckling tillsammans med chef och kollegor.

Om dig

Du är specialist i allmänmedicin med erfarenhet från primärvård och trygg i din kliniska kompetens. Du drivs av att arbeta med hög medicinsk kvalitet och med patientens bästa i fokus, och du trivs i en miljö där man arbetar tillsammans mot gemensamma mål. Du uppskattar både struktur och flexibilitet i vardagen, är engagerad och utvecklingsinriktad samt bekväm med digitala verktyg.
