Om Capio S:t Görans Sjukhus

På Capio S:t Görans sjukhus arbetar du i händelsernas centrum, på ett ”lagom” stort sjukhus med stark vi-känsla, cirka 2 500 stolta medarbetare och nöjda patienter. Vi är ett sjukhus med hög kvalitet, väl fungerande organisation med korta beslutsvägar och chefer som är närvarande i vardagen. Vi vill alltid utvecklas, ge en bättre och effektivare vård till patienterna men också ta hand om dig, ta tillvara dina idéer, din kompetens och hjälpa dig att utvecklas.

Om oss

Kirurgkliniken består av tre vårdavdelningar med inriktning akutkirurgi, NGI / Urologi och ÖGI. Våra medarbetarna går mellan alla tre avdelningar.

Vi strävar efter en hållbar bemanning både kort- och långsiktigt, där du som bemannings assistent har i beaktande medarbetarnas önskemål i så stor utsträckning som möjligt utifrån verksamhetens behov och krav.

Vi har dagliga avstämningar som bidrar till en bra teamkänsla. Vi värnar om vår arbetsmiljö där allas åsikt är viktig, vi behandlar varandra med respekt och alla involveras i vårt förbättringsarbete.

Din roll

Som bemanningsassistent har du en betydande roll för verksamheten och arbetar tillsammans med vårdenhetscheferna.

Din främsta uppgift är att ansvara för enheternas kort-/ och långsiktiga bemanningsplanering. Sammanställa och hjälpa till att lägga schema för klinikens undersköterskor och sjuksköterskor utifrån verksamhetens krav.

Daglig bevakning och hantering av eventuell under- eller överbemanning. All planering, registrering av bemannings förändringar utförs i bemanningssystemet Tessa.

I samarbete med cheferna inför nyanställningar iordningsställer ni introduktions mappar med inloggningar, schema, utbildningar och förser medarbetaren med skåp. Du introducerar och utbildar nya medarbetare i bemanningssystem samt informerar dem om rutiner kring schemaläggning och ledighets ansökan.

Du ingår också i sjukhusets nätverk för bemannings assistenter, där utbildning och utveckling ges regelbundet.

Du arbetar vardagar, men kan vid behov gå in något helgpass när det ligger många helgdagar under veckan.

Vi söker dig som besitter en god kommunikativ förmåga. Du har lätt för att samarbeta med olika personalkategorier, är respektfull och har ett gott bemötande. Arbetet kräver att du är strukturerad, flexibel, noggrann och ansvarstagande. Du är effektiv i att skaffa dig en överblick över möjligheter och lösningar när det uppstår utmaningar.

  • Du har stor datavana och har lätt för att använda och lära dig nya system.
  • Du har tidigare arbetat med schemaläggning och/eller bemanning.
  • Du är undersköterska. Meriterande med klinisk erfarenhet av akutsjukvård samt om du har erfarenhet att arbeta i bemanningssystemet Tessa.

Stor vikt kommer att läggas vid personlig lämplighet.
