På Capio Lundby Specialistsjukhus söker vi nu en Enhetschef för CVS (Centralreception och Verksamhetsstöd). Uppdraget omfattar 50 % chefstjänst och kombineras med arbete i din grundprofession eller annat uppdrag på sjukhuset.

Om oss

Capio Lundby Specialistsjukhus ligger på Wieselgrensplatsen, mindre än 10 minuter med kollektivtrafik från centrala Göteborg. Vi bedriver planerad specialistsjukvård med fokus på hög kvalitet, god tillgänglighet och ett varmt bemötande. Vi är cirka 220 medarbetare som tillsammans arbetar för att ge våra patienter bästa möjliga vård. Sjukhusets enheter omfattar dialys och njurmedicin, kirurgi, medicin, psykiatri, ögonsjukvård, öron-, näs- och halssjukvård samt en opererande dagkirurgisk enhet.

Om CVS

CVS är sjukhusets centrala administrativa nav och ansvarar bland annat för:

  • Reception och växelfunktion
  • Remisshantering
  • Scanning och posthantering
  • Kassaflöden och fakturaadministration
  • Telefoni
  • Administrativ service och verksamhetsstöd till sjukhusets enheter

Enheten har en viktig roll för både patientupplevelse och verksamhetens dagliga funktion.

Din roll

Som enhetschef ansvarar du för att leda, utveckla och följa upp verksamheten tillsammans med medarbetarna på enheten

Du har ansvar för:

  • Personal, arbetsmiljö och verksamhet
  • Kvalitet, service och patientsäkerhet inom enhetens processer
  • Förbättrings- och utvecklingsarbete
  • Samverkan med sjukhusets övriga chefer och funktioner
  • Effektivisering av administrativa arbetssätt och processer

Du blir en viktig del av sjukhusets ledningsstruktur och får möjlighet att påverka både verksamheten och arbetsmiljön.

Om dig

Vi söker dig som har ett intresse för människor, utveckling och ledarskap.

Vi ser gärna att du har tidigare chefs- eller ledarerfarenhet, men det är inget krav. Kanske har du erfarenhet av att leda eller samordna ett team, exempelvis som teamledare. Det viktigaste är att du har vilja och förmåga att leda, skapa engagemang och driva utveckling.

Eftersom vårdens administrativa processer ständigt utvecklas ser vi att du har erfarenhet och kunskap som hjälper dig att förstå verksamhetens utmaningar, identifiera möjligheter och hitta lösningar. Framför allt tror vi att du har en stark vilja att utveckla och effektivisera administrativa arbetssätt och bidra till smartare och mer värdeskapande processer.

Anställningsvillkor

Tjänsten omfattar 50 % som enhetschef för CVS och kombineras med arbete i grundprofession eller annat uppdrag på sjukhuset enligt överenskommelse.

Vi tillämpar alltid sex månaders provanställning.
